Dear Diary...

Fortunately today wasn't as stressed. In the early hours I set off to register for the race whereby thanks to the perfect organization from the Absa Cape Epic crew, all teams were able to register quickly and without any hiccups. Midday then presented the opportunity to prepare a little for tomorrows start and we rode casually for two hours. Now its afternoon, we fit the freshly printed start numbers onto our bikes and check that our equipment is race prepared and the evening is now ours to relax and enjoy as we please.

Tomorrow will be quite a bit more stressful: The alarm wakes us at 05:00am for breakfast and at 07:00am we will be collected and taken to the Start. Our start numbers are 604-1 and 604-2 scheduled at 10:10.05am – follow the escapades live under:
